Toshiyuki Yoshida graduated with a degree in law from Waseda University and began his career at Fuji Bank (now Mizuho Bank), where he worked in corporate finance and interbank operations. He later advanced into corporate strategy and planning before joining listed real estate investment firm Raysum Ltd., where he led large-scale projects as Head of Asset Management.
In 2011, he became Director and subsequently Executive Vice President of a private equity fund, contributing significantly to its expansion across real estate and finance. Since founding VIBROA, Yoshida has redefined the intersection of luxury real estate and contemporary living—drawing from Japan’s cultural heritage and craftsmanship to create spaces infused with human warmth and narrative depth.
A licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist, Atsushi Miya brings extensive expertise in real estate, asset management, and strategic consulting, developed through a career spanning surveying, residential development, and real estate securitisation.
After beginning his career in surveying, he moved into the housing sector, gaining experience in both sales and planning, including handling luxury rental properties for international clients and brokering transactions for building owners and private clients. His outstanding performance earned him multiple top-producer awards.
In 2008, he joined Funai Zaisan Consultants Co., Ltd. (now Aoyama Zaisan Networks), where he handled property acquisitions for real estate fractionalisation products while also consulting on inheritance planning and wealth management. He later founded Tokyo Zaisan Partners, serving as President and Representative Director.
Since 2023, Atsushi has served as Executive Vice President at VIBROA, overseeing real estate operations and guiding strategic growth through his deep knowledge of property and asset management.
A licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist, Naoko Maeda brings a unique blend of experience across pharmaceuticals and high-end real estate, currently focusing on relationship management and project coordination between Japan and the United Kingdom.
She began her career at Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. She spent seven years in the pharmaceutical division, working on matters related to Japan’s Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. She then transitioned to the real estate sector, spending about fifteen years with the Mitsui Fudosan Group in sales and brokerage of luxury residential properties in central Tokyo.
As a founding member of VIBROA, she drives business development and manages key partnerships with domestic and international collaborators. She holds a degree in Law from Kumamoto University and previously studied Commerce at Kwansei Gakuin University.
Born in Ehime in 1977, Masaaki Takahashi is President of Tentplant Co., Ltd., a first-class architectural firm, as well as Principal of “tent architects” and Director of “Gallery Tentplant.”
From 2003 to 2011, he worked at Mitsuhiko Sato Architects, contributing to the design of private residences and cooperative housing projects before establishing his own practice. In recent years, he has focused on projects that propose new forms of living — including luxury residences and vacation rentals — serving as a hands-on creative leader across planning, design, and operations.
At VIBROA, he oversees all creative direction, shaping a consistent brand identity from architectural concepts to customer experience. He holds degrees from Hiroshima Institute of Technology and a graduate degree from the University of Tsukuba, and studied at Politecnico di Milano as an Italian Government Scholarship recipient.
Toshiyasu Takubo is Representative Director and CEO of the British Luxury Brand Group (BLBG) and Executive Vice President of GLOBE-TROTTER Ltd. He is recognised as a brand incubator in Japan for British lifestyle brands, spanning iconic heritage houses to emerging contemporary labels.
His academic background includes a BA in History from Aoyama Gakuin University, an MBA in International Business Management, an Executive MBA from London Business School, and a Ph.D. in Advanced Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo.
A licensed Real Estate Transaction Agent, Mitsutaka Shimada holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Saitama University.
From 1997 to 2007, he worked at Daiei Real Estate Co., Ltd., engaging in brokerage, finance, and development planning. Between 2007 and 2010, he was with Morgan Stanley Capital K.K., focusing on marketing and acquisitions for real estate fund investments.
From 2011 to 2017, he served as Head of Sales at Ichigo Investment Advisors Co., Ltd., overseeing a broad range of investment operations including private funds, bridge funds, proprietary investments, and J-REIT direct investments.
From 2017 to 2020, he was Managing Director at Star Asia Management Japan Ltd., leading groupwide investment activities across private funds, mezzanine funds, and J-REITs. Most recently, from 2021 to 2025, he worked at Roadstar Capital on private fund investment activities and financial structuring.
Haruaki Tanaka is President of Harumaki Projects Co., Ltd. and Director of Planning and Operations for co-lab, Japan’s pioneering coworking space for creators.
Born in Fukui in 1970, he graduated in Architecture from Musashino Art University and began his career in the Design Department at Obayashi Corporation’s Tokyo Head Office. He later earned a master’s degree in Media Art from Keio University.
In 2003, he founded co-lab, one of the world’s first coworking spaces dedicated to creators. He has since led innovation centre initiatives with major corporations while providing creative consulting and overseeing collaborations with a network of approximately 600 designers and architects. In recent years, he has directed branding for large-scale architectural and urban redevelopment projects.
Born in Ehime in 1988, Toru Tanaka is a licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist. After beginning his career at a major real estate brokerage group, focusing on sales and leasing in Tokyo’s Minato ward, he moved to an asset management company where he handled acquisitions, sales, and management of properties owned by the firm and its affiliated family office.
At VIBROA, he leads real estate operations including property acquisition, sales, and management.
After completing his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Architecture at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (now Tokyo Science University), Tatsuo Nishida joined Takenaka Corporation in 1984. During his 32-year tenure in the design division, he contributed to a broad range of projects including residential, office, educational, healthcare, and commercial facilities.
In his final five years at Takenaka, he served as Head of Design at the Hokkaido Branch, leading numerous large-scale projects. He later joined a bank-affiliated developer, overseeing its in-house design division for nine years before establishing his own practice, insight studio, in 2025.
He currently serves as Architectural Director at VIBROA, overseeing planning and design across the company’s projects.
Yuka Kumano began her PR career in 2000 at the French jewellery maison Van Cleef & Arpels, where she worked for thirteen years, playing a significant role in enhancing the brand’s recognition and image in the Japanese market.
Since becoming independent in 2013, she has represented a diverse range of organisations. Her experience includes overseeing public relations for the Tsuneishi Group’s leisure facilities, including resort hotels in Hiroshima, Bella Vista SPA & MARINA ONOMICHI, and the boutique cruise ship guntû. She has also handled clients such as the English-language newspaper The Japan Times and the Indian coffee brand Blue Tokai Coffee.
Alongside her PR work, she is an accomplished freelance journalist, writing original articles on travel, gastronomy, and fashion for various media outlets including VOGUE Japan, Esquire, and Asahi Shimbun Digital.
